If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services package, we will be keeping a constant eye on your server and all the services running on it. In this way you will have more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest procedure in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your home PC, or, alternatively depend on some third–party software. We offer a far simpler way with our Optional Admin Services offer. We will make a full backup copy of your VPS server every single week, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any essential information. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All the backups are placed on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically endless number of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services offer, which allows you to ask any of our well–trained sysadmins to install and set up any kind of software app and to resolve any trouble that you are experiencing with the server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
